Movies are a place of fantasy and wonder that we can never visit. Except for when they’re shot in a real neighborhoods, like Edward Scissorhands. Imgur user with the handle Voodrew took pictures to compare stills from the movie with how the neighborhood looks now. You can expect to see more trees, fewer pastel colored houses, and no Edwards nor scissor hands in sight.

Voodrew was inspired by a similar one done three years ago. He already had a connection to the movie, since his mom worked as a doctor on the set. Recently, he took his daughterout for a walk and took some pictures. If you want to take a virtual stroll, he has kindly provided the means.

It was painted in a distinctive turquoise for the movie but now has a neutral color. According to the listing, organized by real estate agent William Surgeon, III, the 1.432-square-foot residence has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a remodeled master bath and a walk in closet. However, some interior features remain unchanged, including kitchen cabinets and counters.

The residence known as the Avon lady’s home or the Boggs’ home in the film, is listed for $224,000.
